We will retain your account information and related game data for 28 calendar days before permanent deletion. During this 28-day period, you will be unable to access the account. Step 1: Understand Account Deletion

You will lose all data and content associated with the account.
You will no longer be able to access services tied to the account.

Step 2: In-Game Deletion Process

Log in to the game on your mobile/tablet device using the account you wish to delete.
After logging in, locate the semi-transparent Floating Window on the left (shake your device if it's not visible). Tap it to open the User Center.
In the User Center, select Account System to access the account assistance page.
Scroll down to find Delete Account and enter the section.
Carefully review the deletion terms, then tap Confirm Deletion.
The system will issue a final warning: Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. Proceed with caution.
